Scoot lets you manage your flight booking online

Scoot allows its customers to book a flight ticket, modify an existing reservation and add checked baggage… simply by going to its website www.flyscoot.com and logging into the Manage My Booking account.

This service appeals to pleasure travelers as well as business people who have to travel regularly or at the last minute.

For passengers whose plans change in the last minutes, they can thanks to this solution:

– Modify a reservation by choosing a later date

– Change their flight (starting point or destination) by paying the price difference

– Cancel a ticket reservation and request a refund. Of course, it depends whether or not reserved the Flex option.

Other options that you can add to My Booking Manage:

  • Consult the details of the flight: timetables, reservation number, flight status …
  • Add baggage: Increase the standard luggage franchise, buying a supplement
  • Other services to add: special meal, travel insurance, priority boarding, upgrade, wifi, …

Change their flight: this includes the change in the date and/or time of departure or arrival of flights, initially chosen. This can be done several times, up to 4 hours before the flight.

– The costs billed for this service: from $ 15 (to be added when booking your flight)

Cancel their flight: so many unforeseen events that can spoil plane trips, including diseases, incidents, family emphasis, ect … If you find yourself in this situation, know that Scoot allows you to manage everything from home, or even cancel your flight reservation and the various other services reserved with the airline (meals, excess luggage, ect) … in a few clicks.

For only $ 20 (or more depending on the connection and the reservation rate), you can add the module (cancel your flight booking) provided you do it within the first 24 hours depending on the flight reservation, and to use it at least 4 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This option is not available for flights that take off from or towards India and South Korea.

 

Just connect to the My Booking Manage account

Whether on the FlyScoot.com website or from its mobile application, you point your cursor on the My Booking Manage section to be able to connect to your passenger space and have access to all the data of your reservation.

It is enough to enter the information requested on the connection fields:

– Booking reference

– Email or, full name of the passenger & departure town & destination city.

Things to know:

– Please note that the Scoot flight cancellation/modification option is not applicable to bookings made through third-party agents (only official Scoot bookings). It is no longer valid for flights already booked.

– For tickets purchased from a Scoot office or a third -party agency, you have to turn there to ask for help.

– Aside from Singapore Airlines, the service is not also applicable on flights including one or more correspondence with other operators.

– In the event of a reservation of a ticket for two or more passengers, the additional modules must be purchased for all passengers.

– If the passenger changes his reservation while the price displayed for the new ticket is lower than the initial rate, the price difference will not be reimbursed. On the other hand, the passenger must pay the difference in the price if the price of the new flight is higher than the old ticket.

– In the event of final cancellation of the flight by the passasager before departure, he is reimbursed the amount of his plane ticket, but not the costs of the cancellation module or change of flight.

– If on the other hand, the passenger cancels his flight involuntarily (that is to say that this is a problem linked to the airline), he is entitled to a full refund including the amount corresponding to his reservation including the costs he paid for the addition of the Flex option.
