Valid on all Singapore Airlines domestic, regional, and international flights, as well as transatlantic flights, the KrisFlyer Elite Silver card is available to passengers who have earned a certain number of miles after joining this loyalty program.
There is only one requirement to obtain this card and access its many benefits: Earn 25,000 Elite miles over 12 consecutive months.
Validity of the Elite Silver card: 12 months from the date of issuance.

Achieving KrisFlyer Elite Silver status gives you access to exclusive benefits:
– Earn 25% bonus miles (on every SGD 1) on various travel classes on Singapore Airlines and Scoot (This benefit does not apply when traveling in economy class Q, N, V, K, and G).
– Complimentary seat selection in Economy Class (on Singapore Airlines flights only)
– An increased checked baggage allowance (22 pounds extra) on Singapore Airlines and Scoot flights to or from the United States.
– Enjoy the same privileges when traveling with Star Alliance airlines.
– Priority check-in and security, and boarding.
– Priority waitlisting (for last-minute bookings).
– Up to 50% off any additional service booked online or at the airport.
– An additional 5 kg (11 pounds) of baggage is available for every 20 kg (44 pounds) extra purchased when traveling on Scoot.
– Benefit from the BoardMeFirst service (which allows you to check in and board early) when traveling in a group (on Scoot only).
Earn 2.5 Elite miles for every mile earned (on flights with Scoot only).
Airport lounge access
Indeed, having this status is not enough to enjoy this benefit. Complimentary lounge access is a privilege reserved for Krisflyer Elite Gold status holders.
