To keep pace with international standards, the national airline Singapore Airlines is setting up an online flight reservation system.
Thanks to this service, passengers will no longer need to travel to buy a plane ticket: they simply need to connect online, reserve their seat on a Singapore Airlines flight in Economy, Premium Economy, Business or First class (Suites) and pay for their reservation by credit card.
Use the online booking form
Go to www.singaporeair.com and look for the Book Trip tab.
At this step, you must specify:
– Which airport you are departing from
– Which airport you wish to land at
And if you want to fly non-stop, you can use the website’s search engine to find available connections on your selected dates.
Choose your seat
Since seats on the plane are not guaranteed for everyone, it is advisable to select your preferred seat in advance.
Singapore Airlines allows you to do this at check-in (starting 48 hours before departure) by logging into your Booking Management account (using your booking number or reference). All seat pre-reservation requests are subject to acceptance by the Singapore airline.
Book flights with miles
Singapore Airlines makes it easier for its frequent flyers, members of its KrisFlyer loyalty program, to use their points (miles) to book award travel and travel on its various domestic and international routes, as well as those of its partner airlines, including Star Alliance members.
An online booking tool gives customers control over their travel by displaying available flights in real time and offering more choices.
Passengers can book their tickets using the points accumulated in their KrisFlyer account. They can also pay for a large portion of their tickets using the KrisFlyer Mix (miles & cash) feature.
After entering their origin and destination airports, a range of available flight options appears along with the number of miles required for each option allowing customers to choose their preferred route or quickly search for another.
Order meals with the “Book the Cook” option
Even when traveling in Singapore Airlines’ premium economy class, you can treat yourself to a new meal selection. However, if you require a special meal, such as a gluten-free meal or a meal for diabetics, you must pre-order it before departure.
Meal Extras can be ordered online using the Singapore airline’s Book the Cook service. However, you should be aware that this service is only available on flights lasting more than 90 minutes.

When you travel with Singapore Airlines, you can choose to pay for your flight using the following payment methods:
Payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UATP AirPlus, UnionPay, and Discover.
