Passengers traveling from Singapore Changi Airport can now receive compensation if their flights are delayed by at least 3 hours.
To qualify, there is only one condition: Passengers must have purchased FlightSaver insurance at least 12 hours before departure (available in the Changi app).
Travelers eligible for this compensation receive an e-voucher worth 10 SGD (approximately 7.50 USD), valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
