Traveling with a pet on a Scoot?

Taking a Scoot flight with a pet? This airline’s policy is clear on this subject. The Singaporean low-cost airline prohibits the travel of all animals on board flights, whether in the cabin or in the hold, whether they are cats, dogs, rabbits, or others animals. However, service dogs are an exception to the rule.

Scoot remains committed to serving customers who require assistance or accommodations while traveling by air, while maintaining a safe and comfortable experience for other passengers and crew members.

Scoot service dog policy

According to this airline, a service animal is a dog, regardless of breed or type, over 4 months old and individually trained to perform work or tasks for the benefit of a passenger with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability.
