Singapore Airlines: Big summer sale coming to an end

By | August 5, 2026

Singapore Airlines is offering an exceptional promotion on over sixty destinations from Changi Airport. Bookings, open since mid-July, will close on August 9. Tickets purchased during this period, starting from SGD 208, remain valid until May 31, 2027.

This sale covers all cabin classes offered by the airline, Economy, Premium Economy, Business, First, and Suites, provided that all segments of the ticket are actually operated by Singapore Airlines (codeshare flights are not eligible). One-way tickets and open-jaw itineraries are also excluded from the offer.

Attractive discounts reserved for card payments

In addition to this general sale, several Singaporean banks, partners with Singapore Airlines, are offering additional discounts to their cardholders, which can be combined with already reduced fares:

HSBC is offering a discount of S$60 per return ticket between July 28 and August 3, capped at S$120 for two passengers.

DBS and POSB regularly offer a discount of S$50 per adult passenger on the net round-trip fare, via a dedicated code reserved for DBS/POSB card payments (the DBS UnionPay debit card is excluded).

Mastercard allows cardholders, subject to a minimum spending requirement (between S$1,000 and S$1,200), to receive the equivalent of S$50 in KrisPay miles credited directly to their Kris+ wallet, limited to the first two hundred eligible subscribers.

Major seasonal sales to watch out for

Beyond one-off offers, Singapore Airlines and its subsidiary Scoot organize their annual “Time To Fly” event, a large-scale operation that has previously offered hundreds of thousands of discounted tickets simultaneously: over 200,000 round-trip tickets on the SIA side to some sixty destinations, and over 180,000 one-way tickets on the Scoot side. This event, which traditionally takes place in the fall, remains one of the most anticipated for travelers looking for the best prices.
