Scoot expands its winter offering with three new destinations

Scoot Airlines has just announced the launch of new routes for the upcoming winter season, connecting three destinations in Southeast Asia from its Changi hub.

On December 15, the Singaporean low-cost airline served its first flight to Naha Airport in Okinawa, Japan. This flight will feature three weekly flights on Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays at 2:15 a.m., using an A320 aircraft. This flight will start at SGD 190.

On January 1, 2026, Scoot will operate its inaugural flight to Chiang Rai using an Embraer E190-E2.

Five weekly flights will be operated to the Thai destination, starting at SGD 128.

Tokyo-Haneda represents the latest addition announced by Scoot to its winter schedule. The Japanese capital will welcome one or more daily flights from Singapore-Changi. Tickets for this flight start at SGD 190.

A busy winter at Scoot

Several other new services have been unveiled by Scoot as part of its enhanced winter schedule, including the most recent two inaugural flights to Medan and Labuan Bajo in Indonesia.

The Singapore Airlines subsidiary will begin operating these two routes starting in December of this year. These new services complement the low-cost airline’s recent flights to Kota Bharu in Malaysia, Da Nang and Nha Tran in Vietnam.
