Bad weather: Indigo forced to postpone several flights at Changi

Heavy rains hit Singapore this week, causing widespread disruption at Changi Airport.

Indigo was among the airlines most affected by the adverse weather conditions and consequently had to postpone several flights scheduled to and from the Singaporean capital.

The Indian carrier posted a notice on its X page (previously on Twitter) warning passengers of the possibility of delays due to extraordinary circumstances.

In such situations, passengers should periodically check their Manage Booking account on the Indigo website or app for updates on the situation.

Indigo also informs its passengers of the option to cancel their ticket and request a refund if their flight does not depart within 3 or 4 hours.

Meanwhile, travelers stuck at the airport are taken care of by the airline, which provides them with a meal and, in some cases, accommodation in a hotel located near their terminal.
