Singapore Airlines unveils its new summer offer

Singapore Airlines is already starting to unveil its new features for the next summer season. In its press release, the national carrier announced its intention to inaugurate new routes and strengthen its services on several international routes.

Among the airports that will have brand new routes from Changi: Rome-Fiumicino in Italy, Colombo-Bandaranaike in Sri Lanka, Hanoi-Noi Bai in Vietnam, Taipei-Taoyuan in Taiwan, Surabaya-Juanda in Indonesia and Cairns in Australia.

Furthermore, the number of flights to certain destinations will be increased. According to Singapore Airilines, an increase in supply is planned on the Changi-Barcelona El Prat route. The Catalan capital will benefit from three additional frequencies, going from two to five weekly flights during the period from 01/07 and 06/09.

Singapore Airlines’ new offering includes daily flights to Milan and up to five weekly flights to Cairns, while it returns to its schedule of two weekly flights to Paris and Frankfurt.

In a separate development, the Star Alliance airline said its Changi-Dubai service would resume with the A380 from March, replacing the B777-300ER.
